West Ham United almost finished negotiations with Arsenal about their forward Lucas Perez and soon this deal will be done. Lucas decided to leave the Gunners in this summer as he spent last season sitting on the bench and wants to change the working place. The Hammers made several fantastic transfers this summer. They signed Felipe Anderson from Lazio, Jack Wilshere from Arsenal, Issa Diop from Toulouse and Andriy Yarmolenko from Dortmund. Manuel Pellegrini continuous to improve the squad and his next target is Spanish striker.

Perez contracted with Arsenal until 2020 and his release clause is only €20m. Several big clubs like Sporting, Lazio, Fiorentina also keen to sign him and there is a real battle for the player. His price could increase during the summer. The 29-year-old joined the Gunners from Deportivo in 2016 with a €14m deal. It was a big mistake for the player as he lost golden years of his career sitting on the bench.

In this season Spain international played 35 games, scored 8 goals and made 6 assist in all competition. This isn’t a bad result for the player and he can also improve his consequences. Now Lucas has to make a decision about his future and choose a correct club during the transfer window.
