Liverpool and Valencia are monitoring 24-year-old striker Bekim Balaj from Rijeka. Spanish side considering Balaj as a strong back up for their starlet Paco Alcácer, who has been sensational this term and already attracted attention of European giants.
While, Jurgen Klopp searching for the prolific target-man and watching the Albanian who’s playing style is very similar of Robert Lewandowski. Balaj is a prolific, complete, and talented striker, who was gifted with pace, power, instinct, and an eye for goal; while he is excellent at taking advantage of chances in the area.
On 7 January 2015 Balaj signed for HNK Rijeka and finalized the move from Slavia Prague. The 6ft2 forward has been impressive for Croatian club and scored 16 goals in 29 appearances so far.
