Italian giants Juventus are looking into signing either Belgian forwards Christian Benteke or Divock Origi from Merseyside Reds in the summer transfer window.
Juventus are keen to strengthen up front this summer, with recent rumours suggesting key forwards Alvaro Morata and Mario Mandzukic may leave club and thought to be heading in Premier League.
Ex-Aston Villa man has struggled since his £32.5m move from Villa Park to Merseysiders last summer, and has been linked several times with an exit.
Allegri’s side could now be new contenders for the Belgian, though Calciomercato also claims they’re looking at his in-form team-mate Divock Origi.
The 20-year-old, who cost £10m, has three goals in his last two appearances for the Reds, and is considered a huge prospect at Anfield.
It seems unlikely that Liverpool would let the youngster go at this stage, so Benteke could be a more realistic transfer target for Juventus.
Meanwhile, Liverpool defender Stephane Henchoz believes that German giants Borussia Dortmund captain Mats Hummels would be a top-class addition to the Reds squad.
Merseyside Reds have been heavily linked with a move for the Germany international since Jurgen Klopp took over the reins of the Merseyside club in October.
