Real Madrid slap €35m price tag on Chelsea long-term target

Chelsea are desperate to sign Real Madrid midfielder Mateo Kovacic and preparing to make an offer in July when the transfer window opens again. London club need a new creative attacker, and Croatia international is the best choice in this situation. He had a great campaign and proved his worth one more time.
