Spain international defender Sergio-Ramos, has been heavily linked with a move to Man United and Chelsea last summer, however, he ultimately signed a new five-year contract at the Bernabeu.
Incoming Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is desperate to sign Spain international defender in the summer but Los Blancos captain has ruled out move to Premier League but admitted that he had in mind to join Louis Van Gaals side in the summer.
“For a moment I thought about a change of scenery, but in the end my priority was always Real Madrid and I thought about that for other reasons. I have not heard [anything about interest from Chelsea].”
“There are always lots of things said, and I have always said the same, attention from a big club is always a sign that you are doing well. But as long as my fans and my club want me, my main thought is to retire here.”
Spaniard star has contract with Los Blancos that will keep him at Santiago Bernabeu until 2021 and it seems unlikely that he will leave La Liga giants.
