Rangers want to sign 22-year-old Liverpool attacker with permanent deal

Rangers keen to sign Liverpool winger Ryan Kent with a permanent deal. Gers had problems in the front-line and they signed him with a loan deal. England international was the perfect choice as he also wanted to get regular game time and accepted the offer from the Scottish club. Steven Gerrard did everything to add him last summer.
