Modric – from Zagreb to Madrid, Milinkovic-Savic set to return at Manchester, Celta want Zabret

Manchester United goalkeeper Vanja Milinkovic-Savic who has expressed a desire to go out on loan during the past transfer window, is not against to return at Old Trafford and use his second chance.

The Serbian U20 international joined United in 2014 from Serbian club FK Vojvodina, but the Red Devils have decided to let him return in Serbia to have the playing practice.


Appeared that 18-year-old very talented keeper won U20 World Cup with his national team and now wants to impress himself under Louis van Gaal:

“Staying in the youth team is certainly not going to happen. I want to return at Old Trafford. I know that chances are that I will go on loan but it is not problem for me”, quotes his words media-outlet Sportske.

The 30-year-old Croatia International Luka Modric begin his professional footballer career 12 years ago. Former Real Madrid hed coach Carlo Ancelotti praised Modrić’s technique and versatility as a midfield player, stating: “Modric is an outstanding player and in my opinion one of the best midfielders in the world right now, because he can play in more than one position”.

Modric was awarded as a Croatian footballer of the year for 4 times (2007, 2008, 2011, 2014) and spanish La Liga’s midfielder in 2013-2014 season.

A promising goalie Gregor Zabret has joined the Swansea City back in 2013 form Domžale for an undisclosed fee and signed a two-year deal with the Premier League club.

However, in 2015 talented stopper signed a one-year contract extension with his current club, that keeps him at the Welsh giants until June 2016. But the 20 year-old, isn’t considered #1 at Swansea U21 and wants to change a workplace for more playing time.

Gregor Zabret

Celta Vigo boss Eduardo Berizzo was eyeing Zabret, while playing at Slovenian club and after his unsuccessful move to England it’s believed that Argentine manager renewed the interest.

Despite the convincing performance of Sergio Alvarez at the Balaídos this season, Berizzo is seeking to strengthen his options for goalkeepers and Zabret fits the bill.
