The-22-year old Uruguay international Right-back Guillermo Varela close to leave Manchester United.
As per the reports from Italy, Serie A giants Napoli are interested in South American creative defender services.
Squawka.com announced: “Napoli are hoping to lure Guillermo Varela away from Manchester United in the January transfer window.
Varela has come into the United first-team in recent weeks due to injuries to Van Gaal’s side, but Napoli feel the right-back’s uncertain future at the club could prompt him to jump ship next month.”
The-22-year old Varela joined Manchester United In May 2013 but failed to guarantee his regular place in the starting line-up.
Uruguay international has made only two league appearance for the Red Devils.
According to Italy’s Tuttomercatoweb, “Manchester United have agreed a deal to loan defender Guillermo Varela to Genoa. TMW have an exclusive photograph of Varela’s agent meeting with a Genoa official, and they say the terms of a deal have been agreed between the Uruguayan footballer and Italian club.”
