Man United held negotiations with No.7 France international

Man United are consistently linked with Ousmane Dembele, and there is another update coming from Spain today. Last week, Man United, who wanted to lure the Barcelona winger last year, are pressing hard to finally hire his services.

Today, the Spanish news source have mentioned that the Blaugrana are running out of patience with France international, who is yet to accept the deal renewal offered to him.

Dembele has assured that he wants to remain at the Catalan club, however, the Blaugrana have first-hand information that his representative is in deal with the Red Devils, who want to bring him to Theatre of Dreams.

Ousmane will be out of the deal in less than nine months, and if he does sign a new contract, then it is stated that the winger would be sold in the winter transfer window, just like Ilaix Moriba was sold to RB Leipzig to ensure that he does not leave for free.

The 24-year-old winger earns around £195,000 a week, and Barcelona do not have the financial stability to offer him a pay rise. The Catalan media outlet have claimed that if the French winger leaves on a Bosman, then he can get his salary doubled in the PL and in the Serie A.

The World Cup winner is a quality winger, but the main conundrum is that he has been highly injury-prone. Moreover, after spending a lot of cash to reinforce the offense in the summer, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer really does not need another winger.
