Liverpool renewed negotiations with 24-year-old Spanish attacker

Blaugrana are reportedly ready to pay big to bring their former starlet Adama Traore back to the club after his great form for Wolves this campaign. Spain international has been a stand-out performer for Nuno Espirito Santo’s side in recent times, and it looks pretty clear he’s now set to play for a bigger club.

Adama has had a difficult start to his career, having failed to make it after coming through the ranks at the Catalan club, before showing glimpses of brilliance in spells at Aston Villa and Middlesbrough.

Traore’s form has taken off at Wolves, however, and Blaugrana would be ready to pay as much as €70m to bring him back to the Nou Camp. La Liga giants have endured a difficult campaign so could probably do with the 24-year-old winger’s pace and quality in their front three, though he’s also been linked with the Merseyside club.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is very keen to battle it out for the signature of the Spain Under-21 international, so it will be interesting to see which move would be the more tempting for the player himself. Jurgen has been hugely complimentary of Traore this campaign, having singled him out after Reds recent win away to Wolves.

“He is unplayable in moments, it’s unbelievable. What a player it’s not only him but he’s so good,” the German tactician said. Liverpool heavily linked with Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho, PSG forward Kylian Mbappe, Aston Villa playmaker Jack Grealish, Real Madrid attacker Isco and RB Leipzig centre-forward Timo Werner.
