Liverpool keen to sign Torino centre-forward Andrea Belotti next summer. Reds want to improve the front-line as Firmino needs back-up and Italy international is the perfect option in this situation. Dominic Solanke, Divock Origi and Daniel Sturridge aren’t in their best form and Brazil international needs better cover.
So Klopp interested to add Andrea who had a great season in Serie A and paid big clubs attention. Chelsea were linked with the footballer in this summer but finally, the deal failed. Belotti joined the Granata from Palermo in 2015 with a £8m deal. He became a top-class striker and played amazingly many matches since joining. Last season Italian attacker played 30 games, scored 10 goals and made 4 assists in all competition. This is an impressive result and he can do much more with high-class teammates. The 24-year-old is contracted with the Italian club until 2021 and his release clause is around £40m.
His price could increase and become much more during this campaign. Italian centre-forward also named in national team squad several times and played very well. This is already a big achievement. Reds will do everything to add him as they really need a high-class player to strengthen the front-line.
