Liverpool high-class forward started training with U23 team

Liverpool winger Lazar Markovic was heavily linked with numerous clubs during the summer transfer window but finally, he stayed in Merseyside club. Reds have too many forwards in like Mane, Solanke, Salah, Lallana, Shaqiri and there is no place for Serbia international. Now Lazar started training with Liverpool youth academy which is a big mistake as he is damaging his career.

Standart Liege, Olympiacos, Udinese and Anderlecht were keen to sign him but he refused to leave the Reds. Now Markovic is in a terrible situation as Klopp doesn’t give him chance to play in the senior team and Serbian winger continuous playing with the youngsters. He joined Liverpool from Benfica in 2014 with a £22m deal. The 24-year-old couldn’t establish himself in the Merseyside club and was loaned in several places. He is contracted with the club until 2019 and his release clause is nearly £10m.

Next summer Lazar will become f a free agent and leave Liverpool. Maybe he should do this in this summer when there were several offers. Now Markovic has to wait for winter transfer window to change the working place. Until January he will play in the U23 team with Reds talented players.
