Hysaj open for a move

According to Mario Giuffredi, who is the agent of Napoli star Elseid Hysaj, his client would be open to a move to Arsenal or Chelsea in the summer transfer window.

The highly-rated full-back is one of Napoli’s most valuable prospects and has long been linked with a move to the Premier Lague as well as Barcelona.

The 22-year-old youngster is a vital part of Napoli’s squad and has missed only three matches this term with the Serie A giants sitting third in the table.

Arsenal and Chelsea Arsenal have been rumoured to be considering a summer move for the Albania international and his agent revealed London is a possible destination for his client.

During his interview with Radio CRC, Giuffredi said: ‘Chelsea and Arsenal? We are happy to hear his name being linked to these big clubs, let’s see what happens this summer.

‘At the moment, Hysaj is fully concentrated on Napoli and he wants to finish off this season on a high. For me the January transfer market does not exist, all the big moves happen during the summer transfer window.

‘Once the season begins, coaches want to have concentrated players.

‘The January transfer windows adds extra problems for coaches and this is why I don’t like it.’

The talented right-back is valued around at £15m by his club, but competition between suitors such as Arsenal, Chelsea and Barcelona could raise his price tag.
