Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly interested in signing Liverpool attacker Adam Lallana who could be a free agent next summer. England international has played 164 matches for the Merseyside club since joining them from the Saints, scoring 22 goals and providing 21 assists. Reds have too many footballers in midfielder currently.
Injuries have resulted in Adam falling down the pecking order, and he has mostly been on the bench in the past couple of campaigns. In 2019/20, Lallana has played just eight games so far, scoring the late equaliser with Man United while providing an assist against Gunners in the EFL Cup.
Ligue 1 champions are interested in signing the 31-year-old playmaker whose current deal expires next summer. The report also claims that the French giants want English attacker since Edinson Cavani might move to LA Galaxy to replace Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Given the number of quality Reds have, it will always be difficult for Adama to be a regular for them. Hence, a move away from the club might do him well in terms of game time. However, it won’t be easy for him to find first-team chances at Parc des Princes either. Lallana has the opportunity to prove his greatness one more time in France.
PSG started this season fantastically as they are leading the Ligue 1 table. Parisians signed several footballers during the summer transfer window like Mauro Icardi from Inter Milan, Idrissa Gueye from Everton, Ander Herrera from Man United, Pablo Sarabia from Sevilla, Abdou Diallo from Borussia Dortmund and Keylor Navas from Real Madrid.
