Everton are thought to be interested in a summer move for West Ham midfielder Pedro Obiang.

The Mirror reports that Ronald Koeman has identified the Spaniard as a possible transfer target to replace James McCarthy, who is being linked with a move away from Goodison Park.

Obiang has been touted as a possible summer departure from the London Stadium throughout the season.

Everton are also thought to be facing competition from the likes of AC Milan, Sevilla and his former club Sampdoria.

The Hammers are not in a position where they need to sell and would like to keep hold of the midfielder, but offers of at least £15 million may force the club to consider a deal.

Obiang, who has two years remaining on his current deal, has been ever-present for West Ham this season and impressed a key figure in their midfield.
