Dortmund very close to signing Liverpool forward Divock Origi in this summer. German club need a high-class striker as Aubameyang left the BVB and joined the Gunners. Batshuayi was loaned half season and played very well but now Borussia need a centre-forward who will sign a long-term contract with the club.
Belgium international also wants to leave the Reds as he keen to get a regular place in starting line-up. There are too many forwards like Firmino, Sturridge, Solanke and Divock is unnecessary at the moment. Last season Origi was loaned in Wolfsburg where he made 36 appearances and scored 7 goals in all competition. He can improve his consequences with high-class partners. Belgian forward joined the Merseyside club from Lille in 2014 with a £12m deal.
He played excellently in the World Cup and Reds bosses decided to add him. The 23-year-old is contracted with Liverpool until 2019 and his release clause is nearly £26m. This isn’t big deal for Dortmund as they have enough budget to add a high-class striker. Divock is a world-class player and can achieve huge success. Now he needs to change working place to get a regular place in starting line-up. This will be a perfect signing for BVB as Origi is a very talented footballer and help the German club to fight for the titles in this season.
