The English clubs have already sent their Balkan based scouts to watch the 20-year-old’s performance. It’s believed that if either Saints or Spurs will sign Minchev, they allow Litex to keep the player on loan at least a year.
The talented hitman made his professional debut on 6 November 2013 in a Bulgarian Cup game against Sozopol, coming on as a substitute in the 83rd minute. He scored his first goal during the 5–2 away league win over Lokomotiv Plovdiv.
Bulgaria U21 international has been impressive this term and has scored 4 goals in 10 appearances for his parent club.
Chelsea could sign Albanian midfielder
Several Premier League and Serie A clubs are planning to negotiate with Greek club PAOK regarding the transfer of Albania national team defensive midfielder Ergys Kace.
22-year-old Albania-born player moved to Greece back in childhood and had an options to play in both national teams, while he chose Albania and debuted for U21 team back in 2011.
Kace was involved in several racism scandals, related with Kosovo, but an official apologize was published soon after the criticism by press and PAOK fans.
He has scored an amazing free-kick vs France in Friendly match for Albania in June, 2015.
An official of player Agency ACE Management confirms that several European clubs are interested in the service of midfielder, who scored 6 goals and made 7 assists during his career at PAOK, including the representatives of Serie A and Premier League. Rumours in Albania say that Chelsea are also in the list of these clubs and are agree to buy him and let play on loan for Vitesse Arnhem, in Dutch Eredivisie.
Kace has the current contract with PAOK until the summer, 2017. €3 million is reported to be his buy-out clause.
