Chelsea given green light to sign €70m-rated world-class winger

Chelsea in advanced talks with Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale and planning to make a bid during the summer transfer window. Maurizio Sarri wants to improve the attack, and his primary target is Wales international who also wants to get regular game time and ready to listen to offers from the clubs.

Willian and Pedro already up to 30, Eden Hazard and Callum Hudson-Odoi linked with several clubs and they need back-up. Italian manager set to spend big money on the footballer in July when the transfer window opens again. Man United, Tottenham and Arsenal are also interested in signing him, and there will be a contest for the player.

Gareth joined the Spanish club from the Spurs in 2013 with a €100m deal. He was an unchanged figure for the club over the years, but in recent seasons he moved to the bench. In this campaign, Bale already played 40 games, scored 14 goals and made six assists in all competition.

It is an impressive result, and he can do much more if he gets a regular place in the starting line-up. The 29-year-old winger has contracted with the Los Blancos until 2022, and his release clause is around £70m. His price could increase during this season and become much more.

Welsh attacker is a captain of the national team and also helped them to reach the Euro 2016 semi-final which is already a significant achievement for the player. London club heavily linked with Lille forward Nicolas Pepe, Napoli superstar Lorenzo Insigne and Juventus winger Douglas Costa.
