Celtic officials are going to land 27-year old forward at the Parkhead

Criticism towards to Celtic manager Ronny Deila has been a rare thing after the Bhoy’s recent performances, However, it is understood that they are in need for a quality player in January to strength their attacking options to reach their goal and finish 2015/16 campaign with winning domestic treble.

According to the Scotsman, Celtic are planning to bring NEC Nijmegen forward Christian Santos at Parkhead with making a late move for his services.

The 27-year old forward has scored 12 goals in the Dutch top flight this season, having hit 23 goals last season as NEC secured promotion.

Venezuela international has €1m release clause in his current deal and Celtic are said to be keen to get a deal done in nex 48 hours.
