Daniel Jebbison has emerged as a target for a bunch of top teams around Europe. The Sheffield United striker is being tipped for a move away from the club, following their relegation from the PL this campaign. It has put the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Man United on red alert.
Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund have also emerged as the latest teams to join the race to sign Daniel. The Blades, though, are keen on tying the striker down to a new long-term deal, as they consider him to be a vital component in their attacking unit next campaign, as Sheffield United eye an immediate come back to the top flight.
A product of the Blades academy, Jebbison is widely considered as one of the best talents in Yorkshire. His exploits in the English youth leagues have already earned him a call-up to the senior squad, with U18 England international making his PL debut in Sheffield United’s 2-0 defeat at the hands of Crystal Palace.
The 17-year-old centre-forward is becoming a subject of interest for top English teams is hardly surprising, as Brexit has made it difficult for them to scout talents abroad. As a result, they have emphasised their youth development projects at home, having been linked with numerous talents all over the country.
Unfortunately for them, even German giants like Dortmund and Bayern, have showcased a huge interest in poaching English talents, following the success of Jadon Sancho and most recently Jude Bellingham. Jamal Musiala, too, has been a breakout star at Bayern, although the teenager has chosen to represent the German national team.
