Arsenal coach set to listen to offers about £350,000-a-week attacker

Gunners manager Unai Emery decided to sell Mesut Ozil in July when the transfer window opens again. Germany international had a terrible campaign, and the Spanish coach prefers to replace him with another midfielder. Inter Milan, Atletico Madrid and PSG are keen to sign him and plan to make an offer during the transfer window.

There will be a contest for the footballer, and his price could become much more. The 30-year-old player joined the Gunners from Real Madrid in 2013 with a €45m deal. He is one of the best midfielders in the Premier League and a key figure for the club.

In this season, German footballer played 35 games, scored six goals and made three assists in all competition. It is an impressive result, and he can do much more during the next campaign. Mesut has contracted with the London club until 2021, and his release clause is nearly €30m.

He regularly played in the national team line-up and also helped them to win the 2014 World Cup which is already a big success for the playmaker. Probably Ozil will accept the correct offer from European clubs. English club had bad consequence in the Premier League as they finished the competition in a fifth position.

Gunners also lost the Europa League final with Chelsea 4-1 and missed the opportunity to get the Champions League ticket. London club added several footballers last summer like Stephan Lichtsteiner from Juventus, Sokratis from Borussia Dortmund, Bernd Leno from Bayer Leverkusen, Lucas Torreira from Sampdoria and Matteo Guendouzi from Lorient. Arsenal also signed Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez this winter with a loan deal.
