Meanwhile, Chelsea have reportedly recognized AC Milan star Alessio Romagnoli as a potential transfer target for the summer window.

Romagnoli has proved himself as one of the best players in Serie A, with the 23-year-old having spells at Roma and Sampdoria before shining at San Siro.

The Italian ace has performed a significant role in Milan’s last return to form however according to Leggo, Gennaro Gattuso faces a fight to keep the footballer at the club.

Chelsea have earlier held an interest in Romagnoli and it seems that Antonio Conte would like to bring his countryman to Stamford Bridge should he remain with the West Londoners.
