Man United ready to pay €50m for Leicester centre-back Harry Maguire in this summer. England international paid big clubs attention after impressive performances in the World Cup. He scored an important goal against Sweden and helped his team to reach semifinals. England kicked out from the Mundial after 2-1 lose against Croatia but Three Lions amazed everyone with their results. Mourinho keen to strengthen United defence and Harry is the best option for the club. The 25-year-old centre-back plays in England’s starting line-up in the World Cup and after excellent performances in Russia Premier League giants interested to sign a defender.

Maguire joined Leicester from Hull in 2017 with a €14m deal. He is a real leader of the club. English defender contracted with the Foxes until 2022 and his release clause is around €50m. His price could increase as several big clubs also keen to sign Harry. United already signed Porto right-back Diogo Dalot, Shakhtar midfielder Fred and Stoke goalkeeper Lee Grant. Maguire will improve United defence as he grew up in the Premier League and perfectly knows how to play against big clubs.
