Porto left-back Alex Telles has reportedly developed as a transfer target for Chelsea, Liverpool and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The 25-year-old has impressed for Sergio Conceicao’s charges this campaign, making six assists in 16 Primeira Liga appearances for the table-leaders.
According to Portuguese new outlet O Jogo, Antonio Conte and Jurgen Klopp consider Telles as a cheaper option to Juventus full-back Alex Sandro.
Wolves, meanwhile, have landed several footballers from the Portuguese top league in last months and are hoping that ex Porto manager Nuno Espirito Santo can persuade Telles to join the Molineux project.
Telles is contracted the Estadio de Dragao outfit until 2021 and is understood to have a £35m release clause.
Meanwhile, Despite the summer signings of Tiemoue Bakayoko, Danny Drinkwater and Ethan Ampadu, the Sun suggest that they are preparing a move for Russian midfielder Aleksandr Golovin.
It is claimed that the Champions are set to spend £15M on the CSKA Moscow star, who is set to make a striking impression for Russia in the World Cup.
The story states that Conte could favour to include the 21-year-old in his team or choose to keep him in Russia for the rest of the campaign if Chelsea’s move is successful.
Though Golovin is 21, he has earned 15 caps for Russia already, and he’s played almost 100 club games for CSKA Moscow.
But, it does appear strange that the club are aiming another player when since there are other spaces of the squad that need more urgent attention so as LWB.
