As per The Times, Liverpool are considering another raid on Premier League rivals Southampton, but this time for the winger Dusan Tadic.

The Merseyside giants may have stepped out of the race to sign defender Virgil van Dijk after an alleged illegal approach but that has seemingly not stopped them from trying to do business with the Saints.

The same sources claim that 28-year-old Tadic can leave St Mary’s if a club matches his £13m release clause and the player is believed to be keen on a move to Liverpool after growing disillusioned to life under current Southampton boss Claude Puel.

Tadic has featured in 121 games for Southampton to date, scoring 17 goals and registering 31 assists so far, and while last season was not his most productive he could go down a storm at Anfield if he arrived.

The £13m deal for the Serbia international would be an absolute steal and Southampton would be loathed to let their No.11 go, especially to Liverpool after the Van Dijk saga.

Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp will be looking for more attacking reinforcement this summer despite already signing Dominic Solanke from Chelsea.
