Chelsea FC could make a move to sign AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma if Thibaut Courtois ends up leaving Stamford Bridge, according to reports in Italy.
Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport, as quoted by talkSPORT, is reporting that the Blues are considering making a move for the teenager should Courtois’ future become a source of uncertainty.
Courtois is being touted as a possible summer transfer target for Real Madrid, and the current Chelsea FC number one will have just 12 months left on his contract at Stamford Bridge by the summer.
According to the story, Chelsea FC are considering the possibility of selling Courtois this summer to avoid the risk of losing him on a free transfer at the end of next season.
And the same report says that the west London side are now tracking AC Milan starlet Donnarumma with a view to a possible summer move for the goalkeeper.
