Exclusive: Celtic prepared a January move for Edin Višća
After terrible injury blow and summer transfer failure Celtic boss Ronny Deila is said to be very active in January.
Scottish Premiership giants sent their Turkish based scouts to have a closer look at Super Lig star winger Edin Višća, who plays for İstanbul Başakşehir and the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team. Speaking exclusively to our reporter, player’s representative has also confirmed the interest from Deila’s side.
Višća is described as fast, tricky, and an excellent dribbler who has great control with the ball at his feet. The 25-year-old player has been impressive this term, he scored 6 goals and made an assist in 11 Super Lig games this term.
The 5 ft 7 player has joined Başakşehir in 2011 from Bosnian giants Željezničar and signed a five-year contract that will keep him at the club until 2016.
